Message types: Service updates and appointment reminders, project follow-ups and consultation scheduling, promotional messages about HoopJumper offerings, and general business communications.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6 messages per month.

Charges: Message and data rates may apply. HoopJumper LLC does not charge for SMS messages.

Carriers: are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out: Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.

How to get help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@hoopjumper.com or (888) 466-7586.

Supported carriers: Available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier availability may vary.

Consent is not required: Opting into our SMS program is not required to contact us or use any HoopJumper services.

Data sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.
