All packages include a strategy for increasing followers, interaction and engagement. The levels of strategy we can use increases with the number of posts. We will customize your strategy to your profile and goals, starting out with the basics like asking more questions, strategic hashtags and sharing relevant links to your area and market. Any specific content or topics you want to be included, we discuss in the initial strategy call, and we will build on each month!
The content that works best for your company and your followers, might not be the same as the next. We plan and create a combination of original graphics made for your brand, internal links to your website and external links (industry news or local topics). This will position you or your business as an industry expert, while educating your audience and sprinkling in some sales posts.
Social Media is about quality over quantity, but the total posts per package are split across your social media platforms. It depends on the package you chose, so for example: the Basic Package includes 24 posts per month: approximately 12 per month, per platform, which is about 3 each week. This number will vary occasionally but 24 posts will get posted toal.
If a comment is easy enough for our digital media specialists to answer or like, they will handle it. We find that our clients prefer to respond directly when a comment or message is more difficult or specifically about products, pricing and other business-specific matters.
